Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

We ship internationally from our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods such as Christmas and Easter.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders delivered within the United Kingdom and the European Union, no additional customs duties apply for orders within applicable thresholds.

For orders outside these regions, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact_us@aureafaith.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Aurea Faith cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
