Refund Policy

At Aurea Faith, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Request a Return

Contact us at contact_us@aureafaith.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide return instructions promptly.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. In such cases, Aurea Faith will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at contact_us@aureafaith.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
